Isn’t it. We face south east and there are big hills behind us blocking the sun as it sinks to the west, so our sunsets are only a reflection of those on the west coast. But all the more valued for that ❤️
We only just catch a glimpse of pink or yellow as the sun is setting because we are surrounded by trees. Sunsets are early because we are close to the equator.
